We're a growing team that currently handles around 400 residential managed units. We offer an innovative range of services to investors and landlords, as well as residential sales for vendors.
The key responsibilities for this role are to lead the Estate Agency arm of our business managing new business, vendors, and achieving targets.
Days will be varied and interesting with a mix of market appraisals, prospecting, viewings, and customer relationship management.
Experience and training would be a distinct advantage, but full training will be provided if need be.
Your tasks and responsibilities include the following
There will also be other tasks, as and when required to fulfil.
You must have a natural ability for communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to deal effectively with a variety of people you will come into contact with and build relationships with. Reliability, persuasiveness, tenacity, and a desire to help people are all prerequisites for this role.
None required, although we will put you through training for a Level 3 qualification in the Sale of Residential Property upon successful completion of a 6-month Probation Period.
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary Approx £30,000 OTE
Commission: uncapped
Office-based role with out of office appointments (approx. 60% in office, 40% out of office)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 10.00-15.00
Holiday: 31 days initially including all Bank Holidays
